Benzatine Cloxacillin is an antibiotic pertaining to the group of isoxazol-penicillin, substances which have a good stability in acid media  (It is very useful for the treatment of mastitis, because the inflammation produced in the udder has a notably acid pH), with a resistance to penicilinase produced by streptococos. Its main application is the treatment of infectious caused by positive gram germs resistant to penicillin, specially stafilococos.

Trihydrate Ampicillin is a semisynthetic antibiotic also stable en acid media which enables the action locally when it is administered by intrammamal tract, since its expulsion becomes difficult because it is less water soluble than that of sodium salt. Ampicillin is basically bacteriostatic.

Papain is a proteolitic agent which works as antiinflamatory eliminating necrosed tissues and clots of the injured areas.
